I’m filled with gratitude when I reflect upon the year my daughter spent with Katia and her staff at Little Giggles.  My daughter, M,  started childcare when she was 6 months old and my maternity leave was over.  I was a fairly nervous first time mom and Katia immediately put me at ease.  She is so warm and approachable, I felt I could text or email her any time with questions plus she was quick to respond. I toured the facility ahead of sending M there and was impressed by the bring light and that all the appropriate paperwork was hung.  Katia was very thorough with the paperwork as well. Her professionalism and kind demeanor of course extended to my baby who thrived under her care.  M was given ample opportunity with tummy time and standing exercises later down the line. All her milestones were hit with Katia’s attention and support. Furthermore M took a bottle for Katia (which was a mini miracle in and of itself), napped gloriously, made friends, started using sign language, and thriving overall.  I felt assured with every drop off that M would have a fun, safe, and engaging day.  I appreciated the low child to teacher ratio, her bright sunny porch (where we would sometimes spot deer), and Katia’s background in nursing. Having M at Little Giggles just felt easy! I know Katia and her staff truly loved M, and really, what more can you ask for with your childcare provider?
